Role overview
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will receive and respond to phone inquiries from customers who require roadside assistance.
Customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations, and your role will be to ensure they receive the right support when they need it most.
You will often be the first person a customer speaks with when something unexpected happens on the road.
Our client is looking for someone who can work independently while maintaining a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will be part of a larger team that supports and helps one another when needed.
You will work across multiple systems to resolve challenges efficiently and provide assistance to partners within the insurance and automotive industries regarding roadside assistance services.
Required qualifications
• Experience in customer service
• Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Good skills in data, technology, and digital systems
• A clean criminal record is required

• Employment: Spanish permanent contract, full-time
• Location: Office-based in Torrevieja, Spain
