Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues for Danish-speaking clients
• Provide expert advice and customized solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of problems
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions provided
• Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement based on client feedback
• Support onboarding and training activities for new clients
• Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience in customer support or consulting roles preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation costs fully covered)
