About the role
As a Customer Assistance Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who require support in unexpected situations.
Your role is to guide, reassure and coordinate practical solutions while ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with colleagues, external partners and internal departments to help customers quickly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and internal systems
- Coordinate practical solutions and support services
- Communicate with customers, partners and suppliers
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Keep customers informed throughout the entire process
- Accurately document all cases and follow internal procedures
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different teams and countries
- Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
We believe you'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are fluent in Danish and have a good level of English
- Have previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Are comfortable speaking on the phone and using several systems simultaneously
- Are solution-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Are curious and eager to learn
