Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding product availability, orders, and store policies
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the retail team to address customer needs and concerns
• Offer informed recommendations based on clients' preferences and inquiries
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, ideally in a retail or luxury brand environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
• Familiarity with customer support software and systems
