Danish-Speaking Fintech Support Agent - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is currently recruiting a Danish-Speaking Fintech Support Agent to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes a fully paid relocation package to assist you with your move.

In this role, you will provide expert support to Danish-speaking clients, helping them navigate fintech products and troubleshoot issues promptly. Your contribution will be essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to fintech products and services
• Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues or escalate when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the support system
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely problem resolution
• Keep up-to-date with fintech developments to better assist customers
• Ensure a customer-focused approach in all communications

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written; native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your CV and/or cover letter
• Experience in customer support roles, preferably within fintech or related industries
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a fully paid relocation package provided
