Team Leader
Reports to
The Team Leader reports to the Operations Manager
Responsible for
The Team Leader is responsible for all Dark Store staff.
Objectives
- To maximise sales, through fantastic product availability and accurate stock holding.
- To drive customer satisfaction with excellent product quality and quick commerce.
- To minimise costs by controlling wastage and preventing theft
- To train all staff to perform to the highest level.
- To motivate, engage and develop your team members.
Substitution
In the absence of the Team Leader, a Shift Leader will step in.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
- To be open to the business requirements
- To plan staff schedules & holidays to meet the business requirements.
- To deal with all sickness, lateness and performance management.
- To ensure that health and safety requirements are met at all times.
- To ensure the store is kept clean and tidy
- To communicate all issues that prevent you from achieving your objectives.
Individual Tasks
To complete any reasonable task that is assigned to your by your line manager.
