Dashain Camp Volunteer 2026

Welcome to the Volunteer Application for Dashain Camp 2026 at Kopila Valley School!

Camp Dates: October 24- November 5 2026

Please note: This is a volunteer position.  If you are selected to serve in this position and you live outside of Nepal, you will be expected to cover your own travel costs and any other expenses that may arise. As with any international travel, this can be expensive. In addition to your flight(s) here, you will be required to purchase your own travel health insurance, cover your own visa fees, pay for your own meals, provide your own class supplies, etc.

We LOVE working with local Nepali volunteers! For our special Nepali friends, we offer bus fare from Kathmandu or other parts of Nepal.

Volunteers are required to be 21 and over.

English fluency is required.

Applications must be received by May 31st and decisions will be announced by June 15th. 

Our Dashain Camp Director will receive your application once it is submitted. Please be patient as your application is reviewed. Should you be selected for an interview, he will be in touch by email. Please note that not all applicants will be invited to interview, so do provide as much information as you can in your application. We want to make sure we have the best information to make our decision.
