Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Review current data governance maturity, ownership model, and decision-making gaps</li> <li>Define high-level data ownership principles across business and IT stakeholders</li> <li>Support definition of access rights, permissions, data sharing rules, and approval flows</li> <li>Validate EU data residency, GDPR, security, and compliance considerations relevant to the target platform</li> <li>Support AI governance guardrails, including safe AI usage, shadow AI mitigation, data protection, and responsible use principles</li> <li>Advise on governance requirements for future AI / automation use cases</li> <li>Review platform and architecture recommendations from a governance and compliance perspective</li> <li>Contribute to the operating model for future data / AI platform support</li> <li>Provide input into Phase 2 roadmap regarding governance, controls, ownership, and readiness</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in data governance, AI governance, data privacy, or enterprise data management</li> <li>Understanding of GDPR, EU data residency, access control, and data protection requirementsEx</li> <li>perience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, or AI initiatives</li> <li>Ability to translate governance requirements into practical delivery recommendations</li> <li>Experience working with business, IT, security, legal, and compliance stakeholders</li> <li>Strong ability to identify governance risks without overcomplicating delivery</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with AI adoption, responsible AI, or GenAI governance</li> <li>Experience in manufacturing, multi-site enterprise, logistics, supply chain, or process-heavy organizations</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, or similar</li> <li>Experience defining operating models for data / analytics / AI platforms</li> </ul> <h3>English level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3></h3> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
