About the role
How You Will Help
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
- Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and other functions to align material planning with build schedules
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend optimal stocking strategies for all products
- Support supplier performance management by tracking delivery timelines, quality metrics, and pricing trends
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory, lead times, and supplier reliability
- Assist in the development of sourcing strategies for critical materials
- Identify risks in the supply chain (e.g., shortages, delays) and propose mitigation plans
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics, warehousing, and production flow
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, coding); experience with Power BI, ERP/MRP systems required
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
