As a <strong>Data Analyst Intern</strong> within our Customer Experience team, you will help turn customer and operational data into insights that improve the end-to-end Lucid journeyn from first interaction to aftersales support.</p> <p>This internship is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys working with data, is curious about customer behavior, and wants to gain hands-on experience in an international, fast-moving environment.</p> <h3>What you’ll do</h3> <ul> <li>Support the maintenance and improvement of dashboards related to Customer Care, Voice of the Customer (VoC), and Customer Journey performance</li> <li>Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau</li> <li>Assist in monitoring key performance indicators such as NPS, CSAT, response times, and resolution rates</li> <li>Support the analysis of customer care performance, including ticket volumes, SLAs, and resolution trends</li> <li>Help identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis</li> <li>Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for team reviews and leadership updates</li> <li>Assist in combining survey results, customer feedback, and operational data into clear insights</li> <li>Support the analysis of customer feedback to identify common themes, pain points, and trends</li> <li>Contribute to Customer Journey analysis across Sales, Delivery, and Aftersales</li> <li>Work with different teams such as CX, Service, Retail, and Digital to gather data inputs and business context</li> <li>Support small improvements in reporting processes, including data clean-up and basic automation</li> <li>Present findings in a clear, structured, and easy-to-understand way</li> </ul> <h3>What we’re looking for</h3> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in a field relevant to this internship, such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a similar quantitative or analytical study</li> <li>Looking for an internship where you can apply your academic knowledge in a practical business environment</li> <li>Strong interest in data analysis, customer experience, and using insights to improve processes or services</li> <li>Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables</li> <li>Comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and approaching problems in a structured way</li> <li>Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once</li> <li>Eager to learn, open to feedback, and proactive in asking questions</li> <li>Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal</li> <li>Enjoy working collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau</li> <li>Basic exposure to SQL, Python, or R</li> <li>Interest in customer experience, digital journeys, service operations, or the automotive/EV industry</li> <li>Previous academic, internship, or project experience involving data analysis, dashboards, reporting, or customer insights</li> </ul> <h3>What you’ll gain</h3> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience working with real business and customer data in an international company</li> <li>Insight into how data supports decision-making across different parts of the customer journey</li> <li>The opportunity to develop your analytical, reporting, and communication skills in a practical setting</li> <li>Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Customer Experience, Service, Retail, and Digital</li> <li>A chance to learn how customer feedback and operational metrics can be translated into meaningful business improvements</li> <li>Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment</li> </ul> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <p><em data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
