Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst Job Responsibilities

Analyze and Interpret Data:

·         Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to drive decision-making.

·         Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform software development and marketing strategies.

Develop Data Visualizations and Reports:

·         Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

·         Present findings to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with Software Development Teams:

·         Work closely with developers to optimize product performance and user experience based on data insights.

·         Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance system features and functionality.

Support Marketing Initiatives:

·         Assist the marketing team in analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior.

·         Develop metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure Data Integrity and Security:

Requirements

Education, Licensure & Certifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Skills & Experience:

·         Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation.

·         Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

·         Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics is a plus.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
