<p><strong>主要職責：</strong></p>
<p>營運痛點分析與歸因 (Root Cause Analysis)：建構顧客體驗漏斗，從用戶生命週期識別流程問題、營運文題、分析深層原因。</p>
<p>端到端數據管道建構與維護 (ETL & Pipeline)：使用 Presto/Hive SQL 處理大規模數據，負責設計與維護 Airflow DAGs、開發並優化數據市集 (Data Marts)、監控數據管道健康度，確保數據準確性 (Data Quality)。</p>
<p>流程自動化與工具開發 (Automation & Tooling)：使用 Python 開發自動化腳本，整合 Slack、GitHub、Zendesk、Tableau、Presto、Confluence 與各類內部 API 並使用/導入 LangChain、MCP Server，實現各類研究、報表建立、Quality Assurance 等自動化更新與發布，減少人工介入、提升團隊效率</p>
<p><strong> 必要條件：</strong></p>
<p>具備處理SQL 查詢 (Recursive CTE, Window Functions, JSON parsing) 的能力。</p>
<p>具備商業分析敏感度，能將模糊的業務問題 (如「為什麼客訴增加？」) 轉化為具體的數據分析專案。</p>
<p>熟悉 Tableau Server 、 Power BI 或相關報表製作與操作。</p>
<p><strong>加分條件：</strong></p>
<p>熟悉客服與工單系統營運數據結構：有客服、電商、物流等類似系統的數據分析經驗。</p>
<p>具備電商或供應鏈領域知識：了解電商商業模式、物流庫存邏輯。</p>
<p>具備 Python 實務開發能力，能夠撰寫自動化腳本、處理 API 串接或進行數據轉換。</p>
<p>熟悉 Airflow 或類似的工作流調度工具，有實際撰寫與維護 DAG 的經驗。</p>
<p>熟悉版本控制工具 (GitHub/Git)，習慣 Pull Request (PR) 審查與協作流程。</p>
<p>AI/LLM 應用經驗：曾使用 LangChain 或內部 AI 工具建構輔助分析的 Agent 或自動化流程。 </p>
