strategy within the Sales Data Hub at a Leading european mobility company, DKV Mobility.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">As a Senior Data Analyst Sales, you'll own and scale the reporting landscape, KPI frameworks, and data-driven steering logic that enable commercial decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and top management.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Take end-to-end ownership of the design, development, and governance of sales dashboards and reporting solutions, including KPIs, pipeline, forecast, and campaign performance</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proactively analyze sales KPI trends, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for management</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Define, develop, and harmonize sales KPIs and the underlying data models to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Conduct complex strategic and ad-hoc analyses to support key sales initiatives and commercial decision-making processes</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Translate complex data into decision-relevant insights and present them in stakeholder-oriented visualizations tailored for top management</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Structure and prioritize business requirements, transforming them into scalable analytical concepts and technical specifications</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and other interfaces in a steering capacity to advance data architecture, interfaces, and data products</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Several years of solid experience in Sales Analytics, with demonstrable end-to-end ownership of reporting landscapes, KPI frameworks, and data-driven steering logics</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Deep expertise in Power BI, including complex data modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning, paired with strong SQL skills</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong understanding of modern data architectures and the ability to design and scale data models and KPI structures as a foundation for company-wide steering</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured analytical concepts and technical specifications, with clear prioritization and effective scope management</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to identify business drivers, conduct root cause analyses, and deliver concrete, business-relevant recommendations</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Confident communicator who can
