We work with leading technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake, and combine strong engineering culture with a consulting mindset and a continuous focus on growth and knowledge sharing.</span>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>About the project:</strong></h2> <p>We&nbsp;are&nbsp;building&nbsp;a&nbsp;modern&nbsp;analytics&nbsp;and&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Intelligence&nbsp;solution&nbsp;that&nbsp;integrates&nbsp;operational&nbsp;data&nbsp;from&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;ERP&nbsp;systems&nbsp;across&nbsp;countries,&nbsp;and&nbsp;turns&nbsp;it&nbsp;into&nbsp;reliable,&nbsp;customer-facing&nbsp;insights,&nbsp;analytical&nbsp;workflows,&nbsp;and&nbsp;reusable&nbsp;data&nbsp;products.</p> <h2><strong>You will be:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>leading the development of scalable ETL/analytics pipelines and customer-facing analytics&nbsp; - from requirements through published datasets and usable dashboards - for multi-tenant customer setups,</li> <li>working with stakeholders to clarify questions and metrics, map them to available ERP/operational data, and prioritize KPIs that are feasible, testable, and maintainable,</li> <li>building reliable pipelines that ingest, validate, transform, and document data into curated, analysis-ready datasets (e.g. columnar/Parquet outputs, consistent schemas), suitable for SQL-based reporting and dashboards,</li> <li>designing and implementing BI dashboards that use curated data to provide visual insights into relevant KPIs, enabling customers to filter, analyze, and interpret data with ease,</li> <li>ensuring solutions can scale across multiple customers with minimal effort, leveraging cloud infrastructure and optimizing performance where necessary.</li> </ul> <h2 data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>Your profile:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>strong ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced project,</li> <li>knowledgable in advanced AI tooling for productivity, including MCP, agent skills, harness engineering (Claude code/Cursor/Codex), Worktrees,</li> <li>proven experience developing data pipelines using Python and Jupyter Notebooks,</li> <li>hands-on use of Pandas, NumPy, and DuckDB (or equivalent analytical SQL engines) for transforms, validation, and performance-conscious processing,</li> <li>familiarity with cloud environments and utilizing SDKs to extract data from various sources, including Azure, AWS, APIs, and SQL databases,</li> <li>expertise in SQL for data manipulation and creating normalized datasets from multiple systems,</li> <li>experience using BI tools to create and manage datasets and generate insightful dashboards,</li> <li>expertise in dashboard design, including the use of filters and other interactive elements for deep data analysis,</li> <li>experience with Apache Superset is a strong plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.</strong></p> <h2><strong>Nice to have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>hands-on experience with cloud environments and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes),</li> <li>knowledge of rights management in BI tools for data security and access control,</li> <li>familiarity with parallelizing ETL processes and workflow orchestration to improve efficiency and scalability.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Recruitment Process:</strong></h2> <p><strong>CV</strong> review –<strong> HR</strong> call – <strong>Interview</strong> – <strong>Client </strong>Interview – <strong>Decision</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
