<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Role:</strong></span></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">We’re looking for a Data Architect who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys solving large-scale data and integration challenges.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">This is a hands-on architecture role where you’ll work directly with clients to shape future-state data architectures, modernise platforms and guide organisations through evolving data, AI and cloud transformation journeys.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">You’ll lead architectural thinking while staying close to delivery — partnering closely with engineers, analysts, product teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, pragmatic and commercially valuable.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">You’ll operate across a broad range of modern cloud and data ecosystems, helping clients navigate ambiguity, assess existing estates and define clear architectural direction. Whether designing modern data platforms, integration architectures, governance approaches or scalable analytics ecosystems, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical credibility.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both technology and business challenges — someone comfortable facilitating technical discussions, influencing stakeholders and translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Designing and delivering enterprise-scale data architectures across modern cloud ecosystems</li>
<li>Defining scalable data platform, integration and analytics architectures</li>
<li>Working closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions are performant and implementable</li>
<li>Assessing existing technology estates and shaping future-state architecture roadmaps</li>
<li>Designing data models, integration patterns and distributed data architectures</li>
<li>Supporting build vs buy decisions and evaluating modern technologies/platforms</li>
<li>Collaborating directly with clients and senior stakeholders to guide architectural direction</li>
<li>Contributing to broader transformation conversations around data, AI and platform modernisation</li>
<li>Supporting technical pre-sales activities and solution shaping</li>
<li>Mentoring engineers and architects whilst helping raise technical standards across teams</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Must have experience: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data architectures</li>
<li>Strong understanding of AWS, Azure and/or GCP ecosystems</li>
<li>Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric or similar technologies</li>
<li>Expertise across data modelling, integration patterns and scalable distributed architectures</li>
<li>Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data ecosystems</li>
<li>Experience designing scalable data pipelines, storage and analytics solutions</li>
<li>Knowledge of governance, security and information assurance principles</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting experience</li>
<li>Hands-on technical credibility with the ability to work closely alongside engineering teams</li>
<li>Experience operating within Agile, cross-functional delivery environments</li>
<li>Strong systems thinking, problem-solving and communication skills</li>
<li>A collaborative, pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset</li>
