About the role
Job Overview
Ce poste est ouvert aux candidats francophones ; toutefois, un niveau professionnel en anglais (écrit et oral) est requis pour collaborer avec des équipes internationales.
The Data Center Operations Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the build-out and ongoing operation of a new, enterprise-scale data center environment.
This position is designed for a working leader—someone who actively participates in day-to-day technical operations while guiding a small team to deliver high-performance outcomes. You will play a central role from the early white space (greenfield) deployment phase, contributing directly to infrastructure build, commissioning, and site readiness. As the data center transitions into steady-state operations, you will take ownership of site performance, team coordination, and operational execution.
This role combines technical depth with operational leadership. You will work closely with technicians and engineers on the floor while also setting priorities, coordinating work, and ensuring consistent delivery against uptime and performance expectations.
The Data Center Operations Manager serves as the site leader, responsible for work prioritization, team coordination, and overall operational accountability. In parallel, you will partner closely with senior engineers who provide deep technical expertise across infrastructure domains.
This role offers continuity across both deployment and operational phases and is part of a broader program focused on building a stable, high-performing team that evolves with the site over time.
Employment Type
This position is offered as a Contrat à Durée Indéterminée (CDI) under French employment law. The role is intended as a long-term position supporting the continued growth and operational maturity of the site. Cerebras and Milestone are focused on building a stable, high-performing team with strong continuity across both deployment and ongoing operations phases.
