Data Center Technical Trainer

Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.</p> <p>We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver technical training programs for data center staff (e.g., hardware, networking, cooling systems, power management).</li> <li>Create training materials including presentations, job aids and reference guides</li> <li>Conduct hands-on sessions and simulations for troubleshooting and maintenance.</li> <li>Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.</li> <li>Conduct one-on-one coaching and training on an ad hoc basis</li> <li>Conduct follow-up sessions with learners and managers to ensure effectiveness of learning</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data center technologies and best practices.</li> <li>Liaise with operational and support teams to identify training needs</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data center technician role</li> <li>Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power, cooling).</li> <li>Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Passionate about helping people learn and develop their skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>DESIRABLE CRITERIA:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience training or coaching colleagues in a data center environment</li> <li>Previous in-person or virtual presentation or public speaking experience</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>EOS BENEFITS:</strong></p> <p>At EOS IT Solutions, we are committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team.
