Our capability is end-to-end; from strategy, discovery and advisory through to architecture, delivery and optimisation. We help clients balance business ambition with technical feasibility, ensuring transformation delivers measurable outcomes, not just great ideas. Working across sectors including financial services, retail, automotive, media, healthcare, public sector and consumer brands, you'll encounter a diverse range of challenges, levels of maturity and transformation priorities. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt your approach to different client environments while maintaining a relentless focus on value and impact. As a Data Director, you'll help organisations define future-state data ecosystems, modernise cloud and data platforms, unlock AI opportunities and build scalable capabilities that drive long-term growth. You're a consulting leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments, helping organisations turn data, AI and technology into measurable business outcomes. You're equally comfortable facilitating C-suite conversations, shaping transformation roadmaps and guiding clients through large-scale change. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical credibility. Whether defining a data strategy, designing an operating model, modernising a cloud platform or exploring GenAI opportunities, you stay close to delivery and work alongside architects, engineers and product teams to turn vision into reality. You excel in ambiguity, bringing structure to complex challenges and aligning stakeholders around a clear path forward. You connect business objectives, customer needs, operations, technology and data to design solutions that scale across organisations, not just individual systems. You'll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business development, while mentoring and developing consultants, architects and engineers across the wider practice.
