<p></p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong>&nbsp;Lead Data Engineer<br><br><strong>Key Skills:&nbsp;</strong>Python, AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Terraform, Docker, AI/LLM, RAG, LangChain.<br><br><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Brazil<br><br><strong>Mode:</strong>&nbsp;Remote<br><br>We at&nbsp;<strong>Coforge</strong>&nbsp;are hiring&nbsp;<strong>Lead Data Engineer</strong>&nbsp;with the following skill set.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data engineering solutions and cloud-based data pipelines.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, ensure technical alignment, and support overall team execution.</li> <li>Develop and maintain modern data platforms using technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Python, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools.</li> <li>Contribute to AI-driven initiatives by implementing and enhancing LLM, RAG, and intelligent data solutions using modern AI frameworks and tools.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li>Experience in Data Engineering or related technical roles.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern data engineering practices.</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and data technologies including Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Docker.</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or equivalent technologies.</li> <li>Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and scalable distributed systems.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with AI/LLM concepts including RAG implementations and AI-driven workflows.</li> <li>Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, vector databases, MCP servers, or similar technologies.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across technical teams.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership at a project level.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with AWS Bedrock and AI Knowledge Bases.</li> <li>Familiarity with alternative data orchestration and database technologies such as Dagster, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or CloudFormation.</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.</li> <li>Experience mentoring technical teams or leading engineering initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><br><br><strong>Posted On:</strong>&nbsp;09-06-2026<br><br><strong>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</strong></p> <p></p>
