This role is for a hands-on builder who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, software architecture, and pragmatic problem solving. You’ll design and scale the systems that ensure our data is trustworthy, accessible, and ready to power everything from day-to-day operations to next-generation AI applications. While this is not a people manager role, you will serve as a technical leader on the team, raising the bar on engineering fundamentals and helping shape the long-term direction of our data ecosystem. Palantir Foundry, DBT, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/GCP/Azure).</li> <li>Track record of ensuring data quality, governance, and reliability</li> <li>Ability to balance high-level architecture with tactical execution</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">In accordance with the Illinois Pay Transparency Act, we’re providing the full salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, relevant experience and qualifications. Most offers will fall within a portion of the listed range. </span>This position has a salary range of <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">$150,000-190,000 </span>annually, <em>based on location, relevant experience and qualifications</em>.
