THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our data team. This role will be responsible for developing our new streaming data architecture and Data Warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain Matific’s data pipelines.
• Develop Data Warehouse in AWS Redshift.
• Maintain code repositories in Github.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting production ETL, ELT pipelines.
• Optimization of queries in Postgres (RDS), Redshift.

Requirements

• AI first mindset and skilled in using AI for coding.
• 5+ years of experience as a DBA/Data Engineer working on Cloud technologies.
• Working knowledge of Redshift, any other columnar Database would be an added benefit.
• Good knowledge in AWS technologies and services.
• Very good SQL skills.
• Skilled in Python.
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Apache Kafka,Apache Airflow knowledge preferred.
• Very good Analytical mindset.
• High energy, motivated and driven to succeed.
