In this context, we are looking for a Data Engineer & BI Specialist who combines analytical thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen to develop data solutions that drive decision-making and create impact.
This role will play a key part in the evolution of the company’s data architecture, process automation, and the incorporation of analytical and artificial intelligence capabilities across the organization.

Main challenges
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL / ELT)
• Contribute to the evolution of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Medallion, etc.)
• Develop strategic dashboards and analytical models in Power BI
• Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions
• Explore practical AI applications for analytics and process automation
Required technical skills
• Advanced SQL
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI
• Experience with ETL / ELT processes and databases
• Understanding of data architecture concepts
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of Python and Git
Nice to have
• Microsoft Fabric
• dbt
• Medallion Architecture
• Azure, AWS, or GCP
• AI APIs
• Airflow and/or Azure Data Factory
• Semantic Layer
• Copilot Studio
