About the role
Overview
To update stock movement data on the WH system in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Data Entry
- Updates the daily stock transactions on the ERP system on the same day in order to reflect accurate inventory.- Executes and double checks/Approves all system transactions.
Administrative Work
- Checks the received quantities and item codes against JDE references and passes all related transactions- Prepares all insurance forms related to work accidents.- Records all in / out movements for TPL in order to maintain accurate database.- Assists in printing invoices during the night shift.
Transmed Purpose
- Acts as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basis
Qualifications
Academic Education & Professional Certifications
- Bachelor or Technical Degree
Operational & Managerial Experience
