<p><strong>About Us:</strong><br>Haven Hub is a fast-growing home improvement company dedicated to helping homeowners access reliable, high-quality solutions. We’re expanding our internal operations and looking for a full-time, detail-oriented, and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our Newport Beach office.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accurately input and update customer, vendor, and project information into our internal systems</li>
<li>Maintain data integrity and ensure records are up-to-date and properly organized</li>
<li>Perform regular audits of databases to identify and correct errors</li>
<li>Collaborate with customer service, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless data flow</li>
<li>Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms is a plus</li>
<li>Must be available to work full-time onsite at our Newport Beach office</li>
</ul>
