About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in managing and maintain accurate B2B enterprise CRM data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, data cleaning, validation, and ensuring high data quality to support business operations and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update B2B enterprise CRM data into internal systems.
  • Perform data cleaning and data cleansing to remove duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records.
  • Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of CRM records.
  • Maintain and organize large datasets while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support the marketing team by preparing and managing contact databases for campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Assist with data segmentation and list preparation for marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly audit CRM data to identify discrepancies and improve data quality.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to data management processes.
  • Follow internal guidelines and best practices for data governance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data entry, CRM data management, or database administration.
  • Experience working with B2B enterprise CRM systems.
  • Strong experience in data cleaning, data validation, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing databases and lead management.
  • Basic understanding of data segmentation for marketing campaigns.
