Senior Data Governance Analyst

We are looking for a Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst to support and evolve our enterprise data and AI governance capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with data owners, data stewards, product owners, engineering teams, and analytics practitioners to improve data quality, metadata management, and governance processes for both traditional data assets and AI-enabled use cases.

You will help shift the organization from reactive to proactive governance—covering data, analytics, and AI—ensuring information and models are trusted, well-documented, responsibly used, and compliant with internal and external requirements.

 
Your Impact 

• Define and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Develop and maintain data quality rules, KPIs, and controls
• Manage and enhance metadata, data catalog, and governance processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality and governance adoption
• Support AI/data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance and responsible data usage

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• 5–8 year’s experience in data governance / data management / data analysis
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks & data quality practices
• Experience with metadata management & data cataloging
• Ability to define data quality rules, KPIs, and governance standards
• Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration skills
