You will be given the means and mentorship needed to succeed, and your creativity will be rewarded.</p></div><h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>About the Position</strong></span></span></h1> <p>Dexis Professional Services seeks a <strong>Senior Data Manager / Analyst </strong>to support an upcoming program with the Department of State in the Bureau of European and Eurasia and Central Asia &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>The position, which is a&nbsp;<strong>CONTRACTOR&nbsp;</strong>position will be based in Washington, D.C. and is contingent upon award.&nbsp;</p> <p>This upcoming project will strengthen oversight and enable evidence-based decision making for foreign assistance programs primarily by supporting project designs, developing and supporting outcome indicators, establishing performance monitoring systems, including robust Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) for assistance projects, planning and implementing independent external evaluations, and reporting on the use of evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;EUR/ACE, housed within the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (EUR), oversees foreign assistance across Europe, Eurasia, and Central Asia. EUR/ACE works closely with the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) and other bureaus and agencies to coordinate assistance, ensuring that programming is cohesive, strategically aligned, and responsive to regional needs. &nbsp;Assistance is implemented through projects managed by the Department of State (DoS) and other U.S. Government agencies, international organizations, and non‑governmental organizations, enabling a whole‑of‑government approach to delivery and oversight.&nbsp;</p> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></span></h1> <ul> <li>Conduct data analysis across quantitative and qualitative datasets&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop data visualizations and reporting products (e.g., dashboards, infographics, briefs)&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage and maintain the SPARK database, including data entry, validation, and updates&nbsp;</li> <li>Design and produce visual reporting outputs to support decision-making and sense-making&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across MEL activities&nbsp;</li> <li>Support integration of data into reports, presentations, and learning products&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h1 style="margin-bottom: 6.75pt;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;"><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></span></span></h1> <ul> <li>Minimum 7 years of experience in data science/analytics&nbsp;</li> <li>Masters degree in relevant field required&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Citizen&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be eligible for a Secret clearance&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Dexis is on a mission to help solve today’s most pressing global political, social, and economic challenges and create a world where all people are safe and prosperous.
