We are looking for an experienced Data Marketing Specialist who combines a deep love for data with the ability to translate it into clear, actionable marketing and sales insights. This is a new role within our organization, meaning you will not only execute but also shape how data-driven marketing is done in our team.

Your mission as a Data Marketing Specialist

Job requirements

1. Data preparation & segmentation

• Clean, enrich, and structure raw data from various sources (Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Build high-quality, targeted lists for marketing and sales campaigns

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability

• Identify data gaps and propose improvements in data collection

• You are comfortable working directly in large, messy datasets and turning them into reliable building blocks for campaigns.

2. Campaign analysis & performance optimization

Your skills and mindset to start at Protime

• 4+ years of experience in a hands-on marketing analytics / data role

• Strong ability to work independently with raw data

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data structuring)

• Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and/or building dashboards yourself

• Solid understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing data flows

• Experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking
