Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining operational data integrity, delivering daily business reports, and providing analytical support to help management make data-driven decisions in a multilingual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze daily operational data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute accurate daily business reports (dashboards/summaries) to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Operational Support: Assist the Business Manager with various administrative tasks, data consolidation, and ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English, Chinese, and French is required (as these are our daily working languages).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and basic data visualization tools.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving attitude, and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data, Business, or a related field is preferred.
