Potential projects include LLM-based protocol extraction, retrieval-augmented literature mining, curated knowledge graph construction, ontology and entity normalization, protocol comparison, consensus protocol derivation, benchmark design, and natural-language interfaces over structured biological knowledge.</span></p> <p style="line-height: normal;
