Join us in shaping the future of architecture and design in the Southeast!</p></div><p>We are currently seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Data Scientist</strong> to support Data &amp; AI initiatives across our twelve offices in the Southeast. You are a talented and disciplined individual that is passionate about monitoring, troubleshooting issues and deploying solutions. You are experienced, detail-oriented, focused on security, able to work independently as well as in our team environment, possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks, have excellent communication skill and a willingness to work in the office and travel between all our offices in the region as needed.<br><br></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>A Day in the Life:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate development of use cases for firmwide Data &amp; AI Initiatives across the firm. Present use cases to leadership, report on progress and assist in the deployment of use cases with practice teams.</li> <li>Champion data science efforts and stay abreast of current advancements in data science and AI.</li> <li>Identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies found in big data sets by performing extensive data analysis to develop insights.</li> <li>Performs data mining, cleaning, and aggregation processes to prepare data, implement data models, conduct analysis, and develop databases.</li> <li>Interprets results from multiple structured and unstructured data sources using programming, statistical, and analytical techniques and tools.</li> <li>Collaborates with teams to understand each data analysis projects' underlying purpose, focus, and objectives.</li> <li>Designs, develops, and implements the most valuable data-driven solutions for the organization.</li> </ul> <p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Your Strengths as a Data Scientist:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Big Data analytics</li> <li>Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic</li> <li>Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and staff.</li> <li>Ability to handle stressful situations</li> </ul> <p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You Bring To The Table:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Data Science is preferred; familiarity of the AEC industry is preferred</li> <li>5+ years of experience in Data Science is preferred</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>A cover letter and resume are required.</strong></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><u>Life at LS3P</u></strong></p> <p>Together, we are building the skylines of the Southeast.</p> <p>Our values articulate our beliefs and ground us in a common culture.
