Sr. Data Scientist

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven decision-making at THE CHEFZ. You’ll leverage machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics to solve business problems, optimize customer experience, and scale operations.

• Develop predictive and machine learning models for business use cases.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure scalable data pipelines and reliable access to high-quality data.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate model performance and its contribution to business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies, PII/PCI protection standards, and SDAIA regulations.
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of R or equivalent statistical tools is a plus.
• Strong foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring).
• Hands-on experience with big data frameworks and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-focused way to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, with proven success applying data science to solve real business challenges.
• Familiarity with LLMs, recommendation systems, or generative AI is a strong plus.
