<div>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Data Support Team Lead</strong> to manage and develop a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and reliability of data across our casino operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise (especially in SQL) with leadership responsibilities, supporting business-critical systems and data workflows.</div>

<div><strong>✅ Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Support Specialists.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact for data-related incidents, requests, and escalations.</li>
<li>Ensure high data quality and integrity across gaming, player, and financial datasets.</li>
<li>Write, optimize, and maintain complex <strong>SQL queries</strong> for data analysis and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Monitor data pipelines and resolve data discrepancies or failures.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, Product, and Operations teams.</li>
<li>Implement and improve data support processes, SLAs, and documentation.</li>
<li>Analyze recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotation if required.</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>✅ Requirements:</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in data support / data operations / analytics.</li>
<li>1+ year of experience in a leadership or team lead role.</li>
<li><strong>Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory)</strong> – ability to write complex queries, joins, window functions, and optimize performance.</li>
<li>Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server).</li>
<li>Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Experience in the <strong>casino, iGaming, or gaming industry</strong> is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.</li>
</ul>
