🔧 What you’ll be doing
- Review and validate deals across new business, renewals, and pricing changes
- Ensure accuracy of Salesforce (CPQ) data and contractual alignment
- Perform ARR and contract reconciliation prior to deal approval
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Revenue/Billing, and Finance teams
- Approve, query, or reject opportunities with clear rationale
- Support month-end activities, reporting, and financial analysis
- Act as a senior escalation point, mentoring junior team members and helping manage workload
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CPQ preferred) or similar CRM systems, with exposure to ERP platforms
- Proven experience reviewing client contracts, translating terms into accurate revenue recognition, and performing reconciliations
- Solid finance or accounting background, including accounts receivable–type experience
- Understanding of revenue concepts, including ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, data validation)
- Strong attention to detail, with a data integrity mindset and a focus on accuracy across systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
- Exposure to SaaS contracts and revenue models (ARR, MRR, renewals, pricing structures)
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience ensuring data consistency and integrity across commercial systems
