Delfina Doula (Contract, NV-based)

<h3><strong>– This contract opportunity is through Delfina Medical Group –</strong></h3> <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The&nbsp; Delfina Doula will act as a virtual health coach to support pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.</p> <p><strong>About Us:</strong> Delfina Medical Group and Delfina Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes.</p> <p>‍<strong>About You: </strong>Our ideal Doula is one that has experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis</li> <li>Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers</li> <li>Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified</li> <li>Strong communication and conversational skills</li> <li>Experience with Web and mobile technologies</li> <li>Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus</li> <li>Registered in Nevada Medicaid is a bonus</li> <li>Live or work in Nevada &gt;= 50% of the time</li> <li>Experience and knowledge of Nevada communities is a plus</li> <li>Telehealth experience is a plus</li> </ul> <p>We value that everyone at Delfina brings a unique background and perspective.
