You will lead multidisciplinary teams implementing agentic AI-driven analytics and data engineering solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget</li> <li>Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders</li> <li>Lead implementation teams comprised of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists</li> <li>Lead sprint (or Kanban) planning and execution, driving agile practices that foster alignment, transparency, and accountability across the team</li> <li>Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear timelines for upcoming initiatives while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies to keep delivery schedules on track</li> <li>Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements</li> <li>Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations meet business objectives&nbsp;</li> <li>Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling excellence</li> <li>Communicate project health to executive and account management teams, highlighting business value delivered, renewal risks, and opportunities for expansion or extension.</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation</li> <li>Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments</li> <li>Previous exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies preferred</li> <li>Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders</li> <li>Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives</li> <li>Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Sets You Apart:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools, particularly in marketing or analytics contexts</li> <li>Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices</li> <li>Prior consulting experience in mid-market or enterprise environments</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships while driving business outcomes</li> <li>History of successful on-time, on-budget project delivery</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>We love working with people who like to laugh, smile and joke around.</p> <p>We provide rapid career advancement, exposure to a huge range of business challenges, amazing clients and competitive compensation.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are 100% Remote.
