£25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Consultant with experience of MSP on behalf of our portfolio partner Walter James.

THE ROLE 

As a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Delivery Consultant you will support the growth of six new clients and existing clients.  Using a slick, innovative hiring solution and working closely with the client, senior consultants and stakeholders, you will ensure successful delivery of the role; sourcing and attracting candidates before submitting them in a short space of time. Walter James adopt a truly consultative approach to ensure they provide their clients with a diverse shortlist of candidates and unique access to senior talent. Therefore, you will be part of implementing inclusion practices and play a central role in assisting in the continued realization of their international ambition.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will have the experience of MSP delivery or internal recruitment within an FMCG or Pharmaceutical setting and understand the importance of delivering a CV to your client within 48 hours of receiving the job description.  Working in a small team of dedicated consultants in their offices in Mayfair; you will share their culture of teamwork, high performance and achievement.
