Delivery Driver and Plant Assistant

Le Bleu of Cayman, Ltd. is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver and Plant Assistant to join our team in Grand Cayman.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer orders for daily delivery.
• Deliver and collect 5-gallon water bottles, dispensers, and related products at residential and commercial locations.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, including collection of empty bottles.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including forklift operation.
• Assist with water production activities.
• Safely operate company fleet vehicles, including trucks and vans.
• Take customer orders using our inventory management system.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Process daily cash payments accurately.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Group 3 (or higher) driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a manual (standard transmission) truck.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Good geographical knowledge of Grand Cayman.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Willingness to work weekends when required.
• Clean police clearance.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• CI$10 – CI$12 per hour (based on experience).
• Commission based on the number of 5-gallon bottles delivered/sold.
• Pension, health insurance, sick leave, and vacation in accordance with Cayman Islands law.

 

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 45 hours per week.
