This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Driving delivery excellence across teams by fostering a hands-on, solution-oriented culture.</li> <li>Acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, outcomes, and timelines.</li> <li>Championing the customer experience by anticipating challenges, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring smooth execution through all phases of delivery.</li> <li>Strengthening internal capability by mentoring and coaching team members, building shared understanding of our delivery model, and embedding best practices.</li> <li>Reinforcing Zafin’s commitment to partnership - with customers, internal teams, and ecosystem stakeholders - through collaboration, transparency, and technical credibility.</li> <li>Promoting continuous improvement in how we plan, communicate, and execute, at every stage</li> </ul> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p> <p>Program Leadership &amp; Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Lead cross-functional teams (internal and customer) in end-to-end delivery of complex programs.</li> <li>Facilitate collaborative working sessions to co-create solutions, resolve issues, and drive shared ownership.</li> <li>Ensure program objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Engage during critical delivery periods (including evenings and weekends as needed) to maintain continuity and support.</li> </ul> <p>Customer Experience &amp; Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, ensuring their priorities are clearly understood and addressed.</li> <li>Partner with support and operations teams to ensure rapid issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.</li> <li>Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence continuous product and process improvement.</li> </ul> <p>Technical Understanding &amp; Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a strong grasp of Zafin’s products, architecture, and delivery model to ensure informed decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborate with technical leads to identify opportunities to strengthen delivery processes, tooling, and integration.</li> <li>Encourage innovation and knowledge-sharing across teams to enhance delivery capability.</li> </ul> <p>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Build a high-performance environment through mentorship, feedback, and empowerment.</li> <li>Drive collaboration across business, delivery, and technical streams to align on outcomes and mitigate risks early.</li> <li>Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and shared success.</li> </ul> <p>Governance &amp; Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Provide clear, concise reporting to stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.</li> <li>Ensure governance frameworks are applied consistently and adapted as needed to support program success.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What do you need to succeed?</strong>&nbsp;<br><strong>Must have:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years in banking or financial services with a focus on corporate and institutional clients.</li> <li>Solid understanding of business concepts and issues, preferably in banking, core banking, core modernization, pricing &amp; billing, in retail and/or corporate and commercial banking.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-level banking software solutions.</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Job Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Vacancy Status: Open Position to be filled</li> <li>Mode of Work: Hybrid</li> <li>Use of AI: Zafin may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or other forms of automated technology to screen and/or assess applicants for this position.
