Delivery Manager

<p><strong>The Role (Describe the role):</strong></p> <p>As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Anchanto’s global delivery organisation. You will be responsible for managing full lifecycle projects for our global customers from initiation to Go-Live, ensuring revenue unblocking, meeting customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals, and delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and manage project scope, objectives, and key deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.<br>• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (schedules, budgets, resources, communications) and ensure adherence as the project evolves.<br>• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (internal, external clients, vendors) to achieve milestones and deliverables.<br>• Proactively manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.<br>• Monitor and report project progress—budget, schedule, quality, scope, and stakeholder satisfaction—as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers.<br>• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously to ensure strong outcomes, effective communication, and high customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).<br>• Ensure Go-Live readiness, smooth transition to support or operations, and complete project closure including lessons learned.<br>• Align project execution with organisational strategies and revenue objectives to support global customer delivery and success.<br>• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, negotiating effectively and independently leading stakeholder meetings.<br>• Drive end-to-end project delivery with strict adherence to schedule, cost, and quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the Supply Chain domain within large global enterprises.<br>• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and proactively managing risks to achieve both short- and long-term goals.<br>• Experience delivering and supporting end-to-end engagements in the Supply Chain domain.<br>• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.<br>• Strong stakeholder management skills.<br>• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects.<br>• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.<br>• Proficient in French language.<br>• Immediate joiners preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Outcome-focused and results-driven project management professional.<br>• Solution-oriented thinker with a strategic, big-picture perspective and attention to detail.<br>• Resilient and composed in navigating complex or challenging situations.<br>• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Collaborative mindset with strong ethics and a values-driven individual.</li> </ul>
