As a cross-functional connector and execution expert, you will ensure projects move forward with clarity, feasibility, and focus. You’ll coordinate across internal and external teams to manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery aligns to scope, quality, and product standards.<br>Acting as a critical partner to cross functional teams, you will transform scoping inputs and designs into a well-sequenced, actionable delivery plan. You’ll support feasibility reviews, manage interdependencies, and drive project health through clear updates, thoughtful refinement, and repeatable launch practices. This role sits at the heart of delivery execution, ensuring every project moves with intention and coordination.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Project Management &amp; Governance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end execution for complex healthcare and public health software implementations, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and aligned to business objectives.</li> <li>Establish data-driven governance practices—defining and tracking delivery metrics tied to OKRs, financial targets, timelines, and client success, while monitoring progress through dashboards, risk logs, and status reports to enable transparency and proactive decision-making.</li> <li>Analyze project performance to identify trends, surface insights, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the delivery portfolio.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Align and activate the right mix of design, engineering, product, data, and clinical contributors at the right stages of delivery.</li> <li>Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to validate feasibility of scoped work and clarify requirements before build.</li> <li>Facilitate structured handoffs of key artifacts—e.g., onboarding docs, project briefs, Figma designs, and data specs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Client Execution &amp; Alignment</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the operational point of contact for client-facing updates, decisions, and risk mitigation.</li> <li>Manage client-specific backlogs - translating scoped work into logical, sequenced efforts with clear dependencies as needed.</li> <li>Ensure tickets meet the definition of ready and support refinement to maintain a healthy backlog.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Launch Readiness &amp; Standards</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive UAT planning, go-live preparation, and hypercare execution across implementation projects.</li> <li>Implement analytics tracking plans, QA standards, and operational checklists to ensure launch quality.</li> <li>Contribute to and evolve delivery playbooks, templates, and standards to increase efficiency and consistency across projects.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or operations in a technology or consulting environment.</li> <li>Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and contributors.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and collaborative tools like Figma and Slack.</li> <li>Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive, with the ability to bring order and clarity to ambiguity.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in public health, behavioral health, or government technology settings.</li> <li>Understanding of healthcare workflows, EHRs, or interoperability concepts.</li> <li>Background in user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live planning, and hypercare delivery.</li> <li>Ability to create project dashboards, Gantt charts, or delivery health reports</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>A mission-driven company – be part of a team that is helping to improve people’s lives by democratizing technology development in health!</li> <li>Full medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits</li> <li>401K plan</li> <li>Company stock options</li> <li>Unlimited paid vacation</li> <li>Performance bonuses</li> <li>Company support for career and skill development</li> <li>Fun company events and outings</li> <li>Chorus is an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Compensation Disclosure</strong></span><br>The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $150,000 in the Los Angeles market.
