<p><span data-contrast="auto">The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring successful execution of the Agentic Vehicle Assistant Proof of Concept (POC) engagement through proactive delivery oversight, stakeholder coordination, and operational leadership. This role will facilitate phase review checkpoints, manage delivery risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional pod activities, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders and the Robots & Pencils delivery team. The Delivery Lead will help ensure the engagement progresses smoothly across Discovery, Core Build, and Intelligence & Polish phases while supporting an iterative, fast-moving, proof-of-concept delivery model.</span> <br><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensuring delivery transparency, status reporting, and escalation management</span> <span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Supporting a continuous delivery and iterative software deployment model</span> <span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto"> 7+ years in software development or technicaldelivery</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven success delivering complex projects in agile environments, meeting demanding timelines and quality expectations</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of Enterprise AI platforms </span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong familiarity with AWS Cloud Services</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">leverage</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">delivery metrics and performance data to inform strategies and</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">optimize</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto">outcomes</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Expertise in Data Synchronization concepts</span> </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; confident managing executive-level relationships and escalations</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant technical/project management certifications are highly desirable.</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience managing delivery teams across multiple time zones and geographies</span></li>
