By the end of this phase, you'll be ready to independently coordinate cross-team initiatives and contribute to delivery planning activities.</li> <li>Within <strong>3–6 months</strong> You'll actively support annual planning activities and coordinate early cross-team deliveries. You'll help create planning artefacts such as roadmaps and dependency maps, facilitate planning sessions, and successfully orchestrate at least one cross-functional delivery from planning through retrospective.</li> <li>Within <strong>6–12 months</strong> You'll become a trusted advisor for product and portfolio stakeholders, recognised for bringing clarity to complex delivery challenges. You'll take ownership of improving planning and coordination practices and contribute measurable improvements to how teams collaborate and deliver.</li> <li>After <strong>12 months</strong> You'll have developed deep expertise in one of our business domains and will be driving initiatives that improve delivery predictability, reduce recurring blockers, and increase organisational effectiveness.
