We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><p><strong>We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our development team!</strong></p> <p><strong>✅ Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Key KPI components for the Delivery Manager</li> <li>Project Completion</li> <li>Stakeholder Satisfaction</li> <li>Team Performance</li> <li>Program Management</li> </ul> <p>Consequently, the Delivery Manager responsibilities consist of 4 following parts:</p> <p><strong>Project Management Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Projects are completed with no delays or reasonable delays are agreed and confirmed in advance with the stakeholders&nbsp;</li> <li>PMO guidelines are strictly followed:</li> <li>Necessary project documentation is in place and up to date (Project Brief, Weekly detailed project plan, Requirements, etc)</li> <li>All project-related JIRA tasks are in place and up to date - initiatives, epics, bugs</li> <li>Weekly reporting is done</li> <li>Necessary project ceremonies and communications are conducted: project kick-off, weekly project sync and demos, project sign-off, handover to operations and closure</li> <li>Escalations, if needed, are done timely and in a proper way</li> <li>Use recommended tools: slack channel, confluence, JIRA, g-mail</li> <li>&nbsp;Control project scope, timeline, resources, risks</li> <li>&nbsp;Control your loading and proactively provide clear and justifiable information on your loading, assignments, plans, and capacity to your manager - ask load more or unload or keep the loading as is</li> <li>Contribute to the corporate improvement/transformation projects when required (tools, processes, reporting, etc)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Satisfaction Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clearly understand who are your stakeholders for every project and have a list of them</li> <li>Regularly inform the stakeholders through public communication channels (slack, g-mail) about the project progress, project risks, any significant project changes.</li> <li>Facilitate decision making</li> <li>Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder feedback</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Management Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Performance of a manager is almost entirely a performance of his team, while any manager is supposed to be ready to run his own projects and initiatives (see the Project Management Responsibilities part)</p> <ul> <li>Control that the team members execute their project management and stakeholder satisfaction responsibilities well</li> <li>&nbsp;Manager should know in details and control the capacity, assignments, loading and plans of subordinates and make sure that the team resources are utilized in an optimal way</li> <li>Provide regular specific feedback to team members and support team members growth</li> <li>Establish knowledge sharing in the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Program Management Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead dev team resource planning for your stream</li> <li>&nbsp;Handle scope changes for the stream</li> <li>Provide reporting for the stream progress</li> <li>Support Head of Delivery in Quarter Planning</li> <li>&nbsp;Be first escalation points for the project issues in the stream</li> <li>Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects may appear on top of the above</li> </ul> <p><strong>✅ Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p> <p>An ideal candidate to the PMO Team should have a combination of the following skills:</p> <p>✔️ Project control and execution</p> <p>✔️ Change and stakeholder management</p> <p>✔️ Clear communication appropriate for audience level</p> <p>✔️ Conducting effective meetings</p> <p>✔️ Design business processes</p> <p>✔️ Decision-making</p> <p><strong>Language</strong>:</p> <p>✔️ Advanced written and spoken English is required</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p>✔️ Working experience in team management/project management/operational excellence or related to those areas,</p> <p>Ideally, in the software development/technology/data-related industries.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>✔️ At least <strong>2</strong> years of experience in managing project managers</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Creative mindset that&nbsp;open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Attention to visual details.</p> <p>✔️ Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Communication in English.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>✅&nbsp;Responsibilities:</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Be responsible for final delivery, and quality control in accordance with the project's artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Helping with creating all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness.</p> <p>✔️&nbsp;Quality control, identifying work process improvements.&nbsp;</p> <p>✔️ Create a working environment friendly and constructively for cross-team collaboration, ensuring a productive internal workflow<br><br></p> <p><strong>✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:</strong>&nbsp;<br>For full-time employees, we offer an extensive range of benefits, which include:&nbsp;<br>-23 working days of vacation per year<br>-6 sick days without a doctor's note<br>-Medical insurance<br>-Birthdays, milestones and employee anniversaries celebrations<br>-Modern offices with snacks and all the essentials<br>-Social Club &nbsp;and more than 50 events per year -
