About the Role:
The Senior Demand Generation Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving high-impact, strategic pipeline generation programs across Employ's portfolio of hiring solutions. This role serves as a program owner for field events & tradeshows, account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, partner & co-marketing strategies, and integrated pipeline generation campaigns.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, this individual will operate with a high degree of autonomy and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle Marketing, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute programs that accelerate pipeline creation, improve conversion, and drive measurable revenue impact.

The Demand Generation team sits at the center of Employ’s growth strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, and Web teams to drive pipeline and revenue. This is a highly collaborative, results-oriented group focused on delivering integrated go-to-market programs that create meaningful business impact.
