About the role
Little Rock Family Dental Care is looking for an Insurance Specialist for our growing organization. We are a busy, multi-doctor established dental office with an opening for a full-time Insurance Specialist.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Successfully complete insurance verifications
- Obtain insurance benefit breakdowns & update dental software systems
- Ability to communicate clearly with team and doctors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Ability and drive to meet company goals
- Strong computer and internet proficiency
- Professional approach to patient support
