Deputy CBDO for MyHomeQuote

MyHomeQuote is AI Powered Home Services Solution that connects homeowners and businesses with top-rated home protection and home hardening products and contractors, ensuring the most efficient marketing and operational performance.

We are looking for a Deputy CBDO who understands how leadgen traffic is bought, sold, optimized, and scaled across affiliate, arbitrage, and performance marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound B2B sales to direct lead buyers and contractors

• Run demos, negotiate deals, and launch partnerships

• Scale accounts from pilot budgets into long-term high-volume partnerships

• Coordinate launches with account managers, media buyers, and tech teams

• Evaluate and manage affiliate and traffic source partnerships, including traffic quality, payout structures, and scaling potential

• Review chargebacks, partner performance, and campaign quality metrics

• Analyze campaign and revenue performance using BI / analytics tools
  
  Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing, leadgen, performance marketing, pay-per-call, or arbitrage traffic

• Strong understanding of:
  lead quality metrics
  traffic optimization
  scaling advertiser budgets
  media buying economics
  chargebacks / disputes

• Experience with outbound sales and enterprise-level advertisers

• Experience managing teams or commercial operations

• Advanced English
