This role combines strategic stakeholder management, customer success advocacy, and operational oversight to ensure effective deployment and utilisation of GovTech’s products.  He/She will partner with senior leadership to define strategies, and ensuring its alignment to organisational needs. He/She should be portrayed as a trusted thought partner with key stakeholders. He/She should also be providing guidance to peers and team members and steer them to deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed deliverables for a large programme through effective analysis, and within resourcing / budgeting and operational readiness considerations. He/She should set best practices, establish cross-programme collaborations, and maintain trusted relationships with leadership and key stakeholders in influencing strategies.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product roadmaps and Agencies’ needs whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.  Role Overview: As a Deputy / Assistant Director, Programme Management, you will lead and oversee a portfolio of initiatives, or a significant subset of a programme. You will translate strategic priorities into tactical goals, orchestrating execution across multiple teams within the programme.
