This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of our influencer and creator ecosystem in Indonesia. You will lead a high-performing team of approximately 10 people to acquire, manage, and monetize top-tier talent across platforms like TikTok and YouTube, ensuring AnyMind remains the preferred partner for creators seeking to scale their digital presence and commercial impact.</h2> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Business Growth</strong>: Define and execute the local go-to-market strategy for Creator Growth, aligning with AnyMind’s regional objectives to dominate the Indonesian Creator Network space.</li> <li><strong>P&amp;L Management</strong>: Take full ownership of the department’s P&amp;L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth through diverse monetization streams including platform revenue sharing, brand collaborations, and e-commerce integration.</li> <li><strong>Creator Acquisition &amp; Retention</strong>: Lead the identification and onboarding of high-potential creators (Mega, Macro, and Micro). Develop robust retention programs to maintain long-term partnerships and high engagement levels.</li> <li><strong>Team Management &amp; Development:</strong> Directly manage and mentor a team of Creator Growth Managers and Specialists.
