About the role

<h2><strong>The Deputy Head of Marketing Services will play a critical role in transforming and scaling our social-first influencer marketing business. Acting as the strategic right hand to the Head of Marketing Services. This role drives business performance, strengthens client leadership, elevates operational excellence, and leads a 30-40 member team to deliver high-impact work across social outreach and our influencer ecosystem</strong></h2> <h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2> <h2><strong>Business Acumen &amp; P&amp;L Management</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Work with the Head of Department to manage the Department P&amp;L, ensuring strong revenue growth and sustainable profit margins.</li> <li>Own key business drivers: revenue &amp; GP streams, cost structures, pricing logic, and profitability optimization, while actively participating in account decisions.</li> <li>Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic planning and business forecasting.</li> <li>Support the Head in evaluating campaign and account financials to improve profitability and unlock new growth opportunities</li> <li>Contribute to shaping division-wide strategy, business scaling, and long-term growth roadmap</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Client Partnership</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Serve as the senior lead for strategic, high-impact clients, driving long-term partnerships and business expansion.</li> <li>Lead strategic conversations, QBRs and long-term planning sessions with clients.</li> <li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with BD/Sales teams to grow account revenue</li> <li>Ensure best-in-class client service grounded in influencer, social, and digital marketing excellence</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Operation Excellence &amp; Team Development</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and scalable execution across influencer workflows</li> <li>Implement SOPs, tools, automation, and productivity frameworks to raise operational maturity</li> <li>Lead, inspire, and develop teams with the skills, mindset, and capabilities needed for high performance</li> <li>Identify skill gaps and drive training initiatives to elevate team expertise and output quality</li> <li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strong execution standards</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to align with the division’s goals and business objectives in collaboration with senior management.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Partner with Creative, Strategy, Media, Operations, Finance, Sales/BD, and Product/Tech teams to build integrated and scalable business solutions</li> <li>Strengthen internal alignment to scale the influencer ecosystem and maximize campaign performance</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Working with the Head of Department to monitor team KPIs, campaign performance, and department-wide efficiency metrics.</li> <li>Present insights, reports, and improvement plans to senior leadership.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required.</li> <li>8+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social platforms; at least 4 years in a leadership role.</li> <li>Strong background in influencer marketing, social outreach, or digital-led brand building</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 30+ members</li> <li>Strong strategic vision with the ability to transform business direction and drive tangible growth</li> <li>Advanced business judgment and financial acumen, with hands-on P&amp;L management experience</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; English proficiency required.</li> <li>Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.</li> <li>Highly organized, decisive, fast-learning, and comfortable in a high-velocity environment.</li> <li>A self-starter with a growth mindset and strong ownership.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why You'll Love It</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>Performance Review (2 times per year)</li> <li>Performance Bonus (1 time per year)</li> <li>Private Health Insurance</li> <li>MacBook to be provided</li> <li>Good chance to explore new trends in the digital market</li> <li>Work in a professional, active, international, and dynamic environment</li> </ul>
